Directions for Use:

• Start by removing wipers and accents, then carefully cut through the current urethane sealer with a utility knife
• Gently remove the existing glass and thoroughly clean debris from all surfaces
• Use tape strips to align and dry set the new glass in place. Once aligned, remove the windshield
• Leave only a thin layer of the old car glass adhesive on the pinch-weld, and then apply a single-step primer to any bare metal and conduct necessary abrasive cleaning
• Clean the interior surface where contact will be made with the windshield and glass sealant
• Apply a thin layer of primer around the edge and allow it to dry
• Cut the applicator tip of the windshield leak sealant to the desired size
• Apply the windshield mount adhesive directly over the old auto window sealant
• Position the glass according to the tape markings and press it into place firmly
• Remove any excess urethane windshield adhesive and fill voids if needed
• Remove the tape alignment strips and reattach moldings, wipers, and other accents
• Finally, clean up any excess windshield urethane adhesive

Note: If using the adhesive without primer, ensure that the bonding surface is free from contamination before applying the car windshield sealant. The glass should also be cleaned with a non-antistatic glass cleaner beforehand.

Additional Instructions:

This adhesive is designed for use at an ambient temperature range of 42-95 F. Prior to use, place the car windshield adhesive in a plastic bag and submerge it in hot water for optimal results.
