Directions for Use:

• Detach wipers and accents, then carefully slice through the current urethane sealer with a utility knife
• Remove the existing glass and clean debris from all surfaces
• Align and dry set the new glass using tape strips for positioning, then remove the windshield
• Remove most of the old car glass adhesive from the pinch-weld, leaving a thin layer
• Apply single-step primer to any bare metal and perform any necessary abrasive cleaning
• Clean the interior surface where contact will be made with the windshield and glass sealant
• Apply a thin layer of primer around the edge and allow it to dry
• Cut the applicator tip on the windshield leak sealant to the desired size and apply it directly over the old auto window sealant
• Position the glass using the tape markings, press it into place, and squeeze out any extra urethane windshield adhesive or fill voids if needed
• Remove the tape alignment strips, reattach moldings, wipers, and other accents
• Finally, clean up any excess windshield urethane adhesive

Additional Instructions:

Designed for use at an ambient temperature of 42-95 F. Before use, place the car windshield adhesive in a plastic bag and submerge it in hot water for optimal results. To use without primer, ensure the bonding surface is free from contamination and the glass is pre-cleaned with a non-antistatic glass cleaner.
